The health and safety of our customers is our number 1 priority.

Yodda  helps ensure the health & safety of all our customers and employees by reducing the potential for COVID-19 transmission through strict conformance to measures based on ICMR guidelines. Our COVID-19 Prevention Plan is routinely updated to reflect evolving ground realities.

  1. All our parent care specialists are vaccinated.
     

  2. All our employees undergo daily symptom attestation when reporting to work. When possible, our employees work from home.
     

  3. Our employees practice physical distancing both at the worksite and in other areas.
     

  4. We persistently use personal protective equipment like N95 respirators, face shields, and hand sanitisers. We also ensure that such products are maintained and disposed off safely.

  5. Our work culture encourages quick addressal or escalatation of reported or observed safety concerns to the COVID-19 Response & Prevention Team. 
     

  6. Our employees are trained to immediately report COVID-19 positive test results and close contacts of affected employees. Infected personnel are immediately derostered and have to submit a negative RT-PCR test conducted after 14 days of infection before being able to rejoin.
