We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive/ Managers to help us build and promote
our premium elder care services in Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai.
The responsibilities of a Sales Executive include discovering & pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals
and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable with
reaching out to potential customers via phone and email to demonstrate our services, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’d help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and
sustainable growth.
The responsibilities include -
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services and target various associations and
societies
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years with a Sales background
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or
exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Must be knowing how to speak, read and write English, Hindi, Telugu & Marathi
Comfort and expertise in MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Fast learner and passion for field sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Graduation in any field
Must have empathy and patience in dealing with the elderly without being patronizing and
condescending
Must be proactive to capture leads
Be willing to ask for sales
Must be willing to travel to meet parents / customers by appointment
Use relatable language to Communicate
