Work?

  1. The user (or someone else - a friend, roommate, or Good Samaritan) raises the emergency alert through one of many possible channels.
     

  2. The entire network of responders (including our Emergency Command Centre and the University's on-premise QRT) is notified through numerous different mechanisms.
     

  3. Plenty of critical information - real-time SOS information, live locations, KYC documents - are shared with the networks, based on the permissions that are enabled.
     

  4. If on-premise, Yodda's professional moderators work with on-site security staff to manage any incident. Precise-location tracking (think, "Seminar Hall 2" or "Biology Laboratory 5") helps ensure that little to no time is lost determining where a situation is taking place.
     

  5. If off-premise, the emergency is coordinated over a video war room set up for this purpose. The user's network of friends and family are utilised for on-ground assistance based on various factors, such as their proximities, relationships, and their access to vital information.
     

  6. Yodda is available for support until the situation is resolved and the students are thankful knowing that their institute has protected them!
