Our plans come with a fixed number of Yodda Visits. In case your parents require more, Yodda Visits may be purchased at applicable rates ranging from INR 750 to INR 1,500. Applicable taxes extra.
Depending on the plan that you opt for, a set number of Yodda Visits are utilized each month. To avoid losing valuable support, we strongly recommend that your parents make full use of these visits every month.

The first 4 hours of an active emergency are complimentary. Once 4 hours have been exhausted, Yodda Visits may be utilised for further assistance.

Our annual plans include a 1-month free cancellation option and a 3-month pro-rated refund policy. Our biannual plans offer a 15-day free cancellation period and a 1-month pro-rated refund option.

The emergency fund is exclusively for use in urgent situations, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of emergencies. While there's no limit to the amount you can deposit, we suggest starting with a minimum of INR 50,000.

We resolve an emergency once the elder is placed under professional care. Any further assistance there onwards is handled as a routine service request, such as for diagnostics or medicine deliveries.
