    Select services in our catalogue are delivered via on-ground assistance with our Field Care Representatives. In such cases, Yodda Visits are utilised.
  • How many Yodda visits do my parents have?
    Our plans come with a fixed number of Yodda Visits. In case your parents require more, Yodda Visits may be purchased at applicable rates ranging from INR 750 to INR 1,500. Applicable taxes extra.
  • How long is each Yodda visit?
    Each Yodda Visit lasts up to 2 hours.
  • Are you available 24/7?
    For emergencies, we are available 24/7. For routine service requests, we are available Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Is there a number I can dial for emergencies?
    Yes, there is. We will give this number to your parents during their onboarding process.
  • How are you keeping my data secure?

  • What happens with my money if I decide to discontinue your service?
    Our annual plans include a 1-month free cancellation option and a 3-month pro-rated refund policy. Our biannual plans offer a 15-day free cancellation period and a 1-month pro-rated refund option.
  • What is the emergency fund, and how much money can I put into this?
    The emergency fund is exclusively for use in urgent situations, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of emergencies. While there's no limit to the amount you can deposit, we suggest starting with a minimum of INR 50,000.
  • What is the expense fund, and how much money can I put into this?
    The expense fund is used for all routine service delivery, such as doctor appointments or grocery deliveries. While there's no limit to the amount you can deposit, we suggest starting with a minimum of INR 20,000.
  • Are your charges inclusive of all taxes?
    No, our charges do not include taxes, payment processing charges, and bank conversion charges for foreign currency, if applicable.
  • When do you resolve an emergency?
    We resolve an emergency once the elder is placed under professional care. Any further assistance there onwards is handled as a routine service request, such as for diagnostics or medicine deliveries.
  • Are Yodda Visits complimentary during an emergency?
    The first 4 hours of an active emergency are complimentary. Once 4 hours have been exhausted, Yodda Visits may be utilised for further assistance.
  • Do your provide assistance with hospital discharge procedures?
    Yes, Yodda Visits may be utilised for assistance with hospital discharge procedures.
  • How does your free ambulance inclusion work?
    In case of an emergency, we will cover the cost of a one-way ambulance for your parents up to INR 3,500. T&C apply.
  • What if I need an ambulance to take my parents back home from the hospital?
    We can arrange for a paid ambulance service to take your parents back home from the hospital.
  • None of the listed services meet my requirements. Can I customise a plan?

  • Will my free inclusions carry-over when I renew or upgrade my plan?
    No. You will receive a fresh set of inclusions when you renew or upgrade your plan while the older unused inclusions will no longer apply.
