We understand your care needs
We listen to the person receiving care and their family: their health, mobility, routines, existing support and what matters to them.
The Yodda care journey
One dedicated Yodda team helps elders arrange everyday support and get help in urgent situations, keeping authorised family contacts informed along the way.
Find the right planWe listen to the person receiving care and their family: their health, mobility, routines, existing support and what matters to them.
Together, we shape a personalised care plan around those needs and explain the available support, inclusions and costs before you proceed. Onboarding prepares the practical details below.
For everyday help or an urgent situation, the elder can contact Yodda with their care details already understood.
We understand the request, arrange suitable help and follow up. If more support is needed, we coordinate the next steps.
Elders and families receive timely updates and know what happened, what has been arranged, and what comes next.
When something is urgent
The exact response depends on the situation and the family’s care details agreed at enrolment.
The older person reaches Yodda through their designated channel.
The team confirms what is happening and begins the agreed emergency response.
Local response, ambulance, hospital, or other support is arranged.
The team follows through and communicates the next steps.
Get to know each other before help is needed
We learn about daily routines, health needs and the way the person likes things done. Together, we agree practical support and the steps to take in an emergency, with authorised contacts kept in the picture. The arrangement depends on availability at the address and the person’s needs.
Understand emergency coordinationAgree authorised contacts, consent and who should receive relevant updates. We will explain how to share care details securely.
Discuss home and society access, appointment destinations, hospital preferences, existing providers and transport for everyday errands as well as urgent needs.
Agree how to request everyday help, raise an alert and receive progress updates. Confirm applicable allowances and Emergency Funds. Any preparation visit or dry run is agreed for the particular arrangement.
People with clear responsibilities
Meet the people who help arrange care, provide practical support and deliver specialist services.
Your routine care coordinator
Your PCR gets to know the elder and family, helps arrange everyday support and keeps you updated on requests.
On-ground support
Our on-ground team includes ex-Army veterans. A Field Care Representative helps with Yodda Visits, accompaniment and emergency assistance as covered by your plan. We’ll explain which representative and support are available for you.
The right role for each need
Yodda helps arrange medical appointments, transport, household services and other practical support. Qualified clinicians provide medical care, while partner bureaus supply caretakers for agreed personal care and companionship. Nursing and domestic work require different support. We confirm the provider, availability, duties and charges before you proceed.
