Our on-ground team includes ex-Army veterans, bringing their experience to practical support. We’ll explain the representative and assistance available under your plan.
Under Standard, the person assigned to on-ground support may not be an Army veteran.
Care details, authorised contacts and requests are recorded so the team can coordinate the next step and follow progress.

For onboarded members, our Command Centre coordinates emergency help 24/7 and keeps authorised family contacts informed.
On-ground and ambulance support depend on your plan, location and availability. Response times and medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Medical care is provided by qualified professionals.
