What help involves
Describe the task, address and preferred timing for groceries, deliveries or routine purchases. Agree spending authority, applicable funds, vendor quotes and any Visit or add-on requirement before proceeding.
Coordinate maintenance providers, repairs, bills and paperwork support. Confirm who can provide access and how completion will be checked.
Tell your care coordinator what you need. They help arrange suitable support, follow up and share relevant updates with authorised family contacts.
People and responsibilities
The PCR coordinates routine requests; appropriate partner providers carry out household or professional work and remain responsible for their specialist services. A caretaker provides agreed personal care and companionship, rather than general domestic help.
Costs and inclusions
Comprehensive includes the convenience service catalogue. Groceries, repairs, materials and other vendor costs are paid separately and confirmed before you proceed. Standard’s convenience add-on is ₹1,999 per month before GST for the full selected plan duration, not month-to-month. Medical requests and certain existing event-transport arrangements follow their stated exceptions; non-medical chaperoning for accompaniment, such as a bank visit, is also an exception that does not require the add-on.
